What should I do if I entered the wrong link or id?
Please enter the correct Link/ID, turn on the public and check the information again before creating the application.
If you enter the wrong Link/ID, please notify the admin immediately for support if possible.
Enter Link/ID error or during the run time die Link/ID, the system will not refund.
Do not buy multiple orders for 1 Link/ID at the same time, wait for the old one to finish running before buying again, if you deliberately buy an order at the same time but an error occurs, it will not be supported.
How is the warranty?
Depending on the server you buy, there are different warranties. Click the "View Details" button of the server of your choice to view warranty information.
We guarantee based on the initial and ending number regardless of your view/like/sub..., if within the order counter we will perform the warranty if required.
If you order sever "NO WARRANTY" and server "WITH WARRANTY" for the same link. We will not provide warranty for that link (WITH WARRANTY + NO WARRANTY = NO WARRANTY).
For warranty, please click the "Warranty" button in the order history (if any) or send a support request, chat zalo and provide the application ID for warranty.
The purchase quantity may be reduced, please buff the remaining 10 - 30% of the total quantity to reach the desired quantity or choose a warranty package for warranty.
Where can I track my order?
You click on the "Order history" tab in each service or click MENU > "Order history" to track order status.
Order status includes:
Success: The order is completed 100%
Processing: Orders are received and waiting to run
